A
s skipper on a bareboat charter you take the helm, allowing the customers to relax and enjoy the adventure, allowing them to be as hands on as they like while in your capable, safe hands. You’re the “heart of the vessel”, and put safety first whilst sharing nautical skills and local knowledge to ensure our customers get the most out of their experience.
As a skipper on a flotilla, you guide and support rather than take the helm, deliver daily briefings and regular weather forecasts and assist our qualified clients get the most out of a fantastic flotilla holiday. From port to port each night, your responsibility lies with safe departures, navigation, and arrivals of all the flotilla yachts and clients, while helping to keep the atmosphere as relaxed and fun as possible.
We’re looking to recruit passionate, dedicated sailors to guide our customers through some of the world’s best cruising grounds. You will be confident adapting charter itineraries based on weather forecasts and adhere to customer preferences, guiding them to top sailing spots and detours to hidden gems.
