Our 4-Hour Guarantee

Our 4-Hour Guarantee

We maintain our fleet to the highest standards so you can make the most of your time on the water. But if you have any breakdown or technical problems, our sailing holidays are backed by our 4-Hour Guarantee. This means you’ll be sailing within four hours of notifying the nearest base of the problem, or we’ll give you a credit towards one of our product (based on the daily flight exclusive charter fee).

Our 4-Hour Guarantee covers all essential operating equipment, including:

  • Engine
  • Transmission
  • Windlass
  • Sails
  • Standing and running rigging
  • Battery and alternator

We don’t cover items that are unessential to operating your yacht, including:

  • Cellular phones
  • VHF
  • Refrigeration
  • Air conditioning
  • CD player
  • Marine toilets
  • Water pump
  • Dinghy and outboard
  • Depth and speed instruments

Note: If you plan to sail outside our defined sailing area you’ll need to sign a waiver and you won’t be covered by our 4-Hour Guarantee in these waters. Also not covered are breakdowns that occur outside the defined sailing hours (8am-5pm) problems due to user negligence, bad weather or force majeure.

Price guarantee

Our prices aren’t just great, they’re guaranteed. If you find a like-for-like holiday* somewhere else at a better price, we’ll match it. Just send us a written quote and we’ll give you the same price.

*A like-for-like holiday means same size, type and age of yacht in the same destination, for the same dates and departure airport. Other restrictions may apply.
